• Is a Radiance Diamond a real, genuine diamond?

  Yes. Our diamonds are made from personal carbon, which means they can contain a small amount of carbon from hair or cremation ashes, turning a part of your loved ones into a lasting and beautiful diamond.

• What materials can you create a personal diamond?

  We can create diamonds from anything we can extract carbon from such as human & pet hair and cremated remains, clothing, stationery, flowers, etc. providing a beautiful and lasting way to remember a loved one.

• How is a Radiance Diamond different from a natural diamond?

  Our diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin and the special meaning they carry.

• How long will it take to product my Radiance Diamond?

  It typically takes between 6 to 9 months to create a diamond from personal carbon. This process involves several steps, from the extraction of carbon to the final polishing of the diamond.

• Where are Radiance Diamonds grown?

  Radiance diamonds are grown overseas in Switzerland.

• How is my personal carbon (cremated remains, hair, etc.) sent to Radiance to make my Radiance Diamond?

  You will provide your personal carbon to your funeral home and your funeral home will securely package your loved one in our Radiance collection tin and send to our Radiance facility in Houston.

• If I want a custom jewelry setting, can Radiance help design something?

  Yes, our diamonds can be set in a wide variety of jewelry settings, from rings and pendants to earrings and bracelets. We're happy to discuss custom design options.

• If I already have a setting, can I purchase a Radiance Diamond for my existing jewelry?

  Absolutely! Our team will ensure you have a beautiful diamond for your personal setting.

• Where will the Radiance Diamond be delivered? What happens if I have a change of address?

  Your Radiance Diamond will be delivered to your Funeral Home that you worked with to purchase your diamond. If you move, no worries we will work with your Funeral Home and you to ensure your loved one gets home.

• Can I create a Radiance Diamond from my pet’s cremated remains?

  Yes, we can create diamonds from the carbon found in hair or cremation ashes from both humans and pets, providing a beautiful and lasting way to remember a loved one.

• How are Radiance Diamonds graded or certified?

  Each Radiance diamond comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming its origin, size, color, and cut.

• Can I use cremated remains that have been in my home for a long time?

  Of course! The age of the hair or cremated remains doesn't impact the ability to extract carbon and create a diamond.

• Are there other options for colors and sizes of Radiance Diamonds?

  We offer diamonds in five sizes: .25ct, .5ct, .75ct, 1ct, 1.5ct and 2ct. They can also be created in five different colors: Yellow, Green, Amber, Clear and Blue and cut into any standard shape such as round, emerald, asscher, cushion, radiant. If you wish for a different color, cut or size a member from our Radiance team will help you select the perfect diamond for your loved one.

• Can my Radiance Diamond be shipped outside of the U.S.?

  Currently we ship to both the U.S and Canada.

• Can you create more than one diamond from a single source of carbon?

  Yes, as long as we have sufficient material (1/2 cup), we can create one to three diamonds from a single carbon source. This allows different family members to have their own personal keepsake.

• How do I know that the diamond I receive is made from my provided material?

  We adhere to strict protocols that ensure the material you provide is properly tracked and kept separate throughout the process. We are dedicated to providing a trustworthy and transparent service.
